Still Dealing With Shoulder Pain?

Pain That Won't Go Away

You've stretched it, iced it, and waited it out — but the ache keeps coming back every time you reach overhead, lift, or swing. Treating symptoms without finding the source keeps you stuck in the same cycle.

Rushed, Generic Treatment

You've seen a provider, but you're handed off to an aide after 10 minutes or given a generic sheet of exercises. Without one-on-one attention, the real cause of your shoulder pain never gets addressed.

No Clear Plan to Get Back

Maybe you've been told to rest, avoid activity, or just 'take it easy' — with no timeline and no path forward. That's not a plan. That's waiting. And waiting costs you months of training, sport, and daily function.
