FAQs

Common questions about our services, how we work, and what to expect when you get started.

Do you accept insurance?

Precision Physical Therapy is a cash-based clinic and does not accept insurance. We accept HSA/FSA payments and can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What's the difference between physical therapy and performance training?

Physical therapy focuses on identifying and addressing pain, limited movement, or recurring injuries with a structured plan of care. Performance training is for people who are ready to build on that foundation, improving strength, mobility, and readiness to train or compete at a higher level.

Will I work with the same therapist every visit?

Yes. Every session at Precision Physical Therapy is one-on-one with the therapist for the full session. There are no aides or techs involved in your care.

How many visits will I need?

Every situation is different, so we don't use a one-size-fits-all number. After your initial evaluation, you'll receive a clear plan of care that outlines what we're working toward and how we'll get there together.

Do I need to be injured to work with you?

Not at all. Many people come to us to improve performance, build mobility, or reduce their risk of setbacks, not just to recover from an injury. If you have a goal tied to how you move or train, there's likely a place for you here.

Still have questions?

We're happy to talk it through before you commit to anything.
